Recognized Student Organizations (RSO)

RSO’s may book meeting space free of charge one (1) semester in advance unless approved as a “traditional program.” Meeting Rooms can be reserved for any combination of a total of three (3) hours per week (Mon.–Sun.) based on availability. Dates to book for Summer/Fall Semester begin March 1 and October 1 for Spring Semester. Please visit purdue.EMScloudservice.com to reserve space. For “traditional programs,” RSO’s will be charged a $50 administrative fee per event day and are subject to custom set-up fees. RSO’s must cancel three (3) months in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
