Hosting a Student Event
Purdue Conferences and Event Design is in the business of catering to students. From our variety of complimentary rooms for student organizations in the Stewart Conference Center to coordinating catering for your next event, we can help you plan and execute any program or party. We can make arrangements for a food delivery dropped off directly to you in the Conference Center or help coordinate your event on either end of campus. We’re here to serve you and meet your needs – and your budget.
Requesting Space in the Stewart Conference Center
Registered student organizations may book meeting space free of charge one (1) semester in advance unless approved as a “traditional program.” Meeting Rooms can be reserved for up to three (hours) per week (Mon. – Sun.) based on availability. Set up fees would apply to rooms being altered from the standard set. Due date to be able to book for Summer/Fall Semester will be set at March 1st and for Spring Semester will be set for October 1st. For “traditional programs,” registered student organizations are considered an affiliated group. No outside food & beverage is permitted. All food & beverage would need to be arranged with an Event Manager.
Policies regarding student organizations scheduling, available space options including table space and display cases, and policies & regulations to promote your next registered student organization event can be found on boilerlink.purdue.edu.
