Terms & Conditions
- Bowling reservations are intended for up to six people per lane.
- Reservations cannot be made for Mon-Fri (10 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.) during academic classes in fall/spring.
- At least one adult must accompany groups consisting of minors.
- Bowling shoes are required. Children’s shoe sizes start at 9; light balls start at 6 lbs.
- “Smart” Bumpers are included free for groups with young children. Ask for more information.
- No food or drink from outside of the Purdue Memorial Union will be allowed, unless approved by management in advance.
- Approved caterers for the space are Purdue Food Co. and the Union Club Hotel.
- Food changes or additions are required a minimum of 10 days before the event.
- Changes to or cancellation of your reservation can be made up to 48 hours in advance.
- Please arrive no later than the time of your reservation. Your reservation will only be held for up to 15 minutes after its scheduled start time.
- Payment is due the day of your reservation.
Birthday Bowling Party
- Birthday parties are designed for up to ten guests (five guests per lane).
- For parties with more than ten guests, it will be $5 per additional guest.
- Birthday Party packages are available on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Parties requested outside of these times will not be accepted unless approved by management.
- With the exception of cake and cupcakes, no food or drink from outside of the Purdue Memorial Union will be allowed, unless approved by management in advance.
