Rain Location: Union South Ballroom, Faculty Lounges, Anniversary Drawing Room and Lafayette Room

Relax and enjoy music by local artists and other family activities including crafts, trivia, outdoor games and photo opportunities with a delicious dinner listed below.

  • Slow Cooked Pulled Chicken (gluten free)
  • Pulled Smoked Pork (gluten free) w/ variety of in-house BBQ Sauces
  • Grilled Chopped Steak smothered with onions
  • Quinoa Stuffed Peppers (vegetarian)

  • Crunchy Ramen Salad (vegetarian)
  • Classic Baked Mac and Cheese (vegetarian)
  • Home-made Baked Beans w/ Smoked Pork Belly

  • Adults & Students: $12.50 plus tax
  • Children 12 and Under: $7.00  plus tax (Limit of 1 entrée)

RESERVATIONS REQUIRED:  Registration is full. Although we cannot accept any additional BBQ registrations at this time, shall spaces become available, we will notify waitlist registrants if this changes. We still however welcome you to relax and enjoy music by local artists and other family activities on the PMU lawn during this time (weather permitting).

Guests will need to check in prior to the BBQ to receive a wristband.  Check in locations will be in the Purdue Memorial Great Hall on Friday from 2:00 - 7:00 p.m. and Saturday from 8:30 a.m. -  5:30 p.m.

Sunday, September 25

11:00a.m.– 1:00p.m.— Family Weeeknd Brunch

Earhart Dining Court

A specially prepared brunch meal for you to share with your student. We are ready to show off our new 7 foot Mongolian Grill with breakfast and lunch items prepared throughout the newly renovated dining court. We have new sushi recipes, specialty salads tossed for you, create your own stir fry (prepared right in from of you), and other numerous freshly made products prepared while you watch!  Price for adults is $9.75 plus tax.  Please note students on a Flex meal plan can use their guest meals for their family, those will be taken care on day of at the Dining Court. Parking

Unless, otherwise noted, on Saturday parking on campus is open to all visitors. The major exceptions are the parking lots north of Cary Quadrangle and around Ross-Ade Stadium. The Grant Street Parking Garage is convenient to the Purdue Memorial Union. The Northwestern Avenue and University Street Parking Garages are convenient to Stadium Mall which is where the Celebration on the Mall will be held.  Residence Hall parking restrictions apply around the halls. We urge you to act promptly to secure lodging. Accommodations are in short supply for football weekends.
