The Arts and Culture Committee’s purpose is to provide entertaining and educational events which work to broaden the cultural and artistic horizon of students and staff at Purdue. With Purdue’s diverse campus, we try to provide events that appeal to everyone and educate people about various cultures and traditions. Engaging programs that we are known for include: Holidays around the World, Art Extravaganza and the Cultural Night Series. We also strive to include different cultural organizations in our events to provide a real campus connection to unique cultures. All students take pride in their culture and through this we can unite in diversity.

Spirit and Tradition are the longstanding events that unite tradition with memorable moments. The goal of the Spirit and Tradition Committee is to continually evolve these events while maintaining the aspects of the events that Purdue Students, Alumni, staff, and the greater Lafayette community cherish year after year. The Spirit and Traditions Committee focuses on events such as Homecoming, Breakfast with Santa, Veterans Day, Holidays at the Union, and Books and Coffee. These longstanding events help draw students, faculty, and community members together to innovatively celebrate tradition while providing "a little something for everyone."
